2015 Year in Review

Another year has flown by! Springs Pet Portraits continued to grow and participate in some fun events in 2015. Our year always gets a great start in February with PawPrints—our Annual Fundraiser for All Breed Rescue & Training. This was the second year we did the calendar and had a blast with the creativity of the participants. The 2016 Calendar is available for purchase still —it’s only $15 and all proceeds go to ABRT. You can pick one up at Our Family Vet, Bon Pet Supply, All Breed Rescue and of course here at the studio. The next fundraiser is coming up soon so stay tuned for details. If you’re not on our email list click the banner at the top of this website and sign up! You’ll be in the loop for all the fun adventures of Springs Pet Portraits.Of course we saw lots of dogs this year for portraits plus a few cats! We had three cat sessions which were enjoyable and as always with cats, a little unique to do! Springs Pet Portraits was chosen this past summer to photograph a story for Modern Dog Magazine. It was fun meeting little Teddy, the winner of their Star Dog Contest and his owner, Michelle.

In early December Springs Pet Portraits was invited to be a featured speaker at the UCCS Downtown Gallery of Contemporary Art for an evening event called Chit Chat. The proceeds from this event went to Harley’s Hope Foundation which assists in keeping pets and their people together.

Of course we always have a blast doing innovative Christmas portraits which begin late fall and go up until the last moment. To see some of the dogs (and cats) photographed this year check out the highlight reel below. Wishing all of you the best for 2016.
